Evidence Action is dedicated to improving the lives of millions of people across Africa and Asia. Their approach fills the gap between research about “what works” and implementing solutions for people in need. They operate in ten countries across the globe and positively impact hundreds of millions of lives every year in a measurable way by delivering evidence-based interventions where the need and opportunity are greatest. Their Deworm the World Initiative envisions a world where all at-risk children have improved health, increased access to education, and better livelihoods potential as a result of being free of intestinal worms. They work in close partnership with governments to enable elimination of intestinal worms as a public health problem.
Grace leads all aspects of global strategy for the Deworm the World Initiative, and is also Chief Engagement Officer of Evidence Action, which involves overseeing global communications and fundraising, the execution of Evidence Action’s thought leadership and brand building agenda, and the cultivation and management of donor relationships. Grace was a founding member of Evidence Action, and previously worked at Innovations for Poverty Action and with the United States Government’s Millennium Challenge Corporation. Grace holds a bachelor’s degree in international relations from Tufts University.
