Kandasi Griffiths is an international development strategist, project implementer, and consultant. She is passionate about increasing opportunities for education, business, and global health access with innovative financing. She most recently worked with Gradian Health Systems, which is a nonprofit medical technology company that works to transform the impact of medical equipment in low-resource hospitals around the world. The company combined world-class medical devices with local training and customer service to unleash human potential in delivering care and improving lives. She oversaw Gradian’s customer service, market strategy, and partnerships in Francophone Africa. Kandasi managed projects in Benin, Togo, and Guinea over the past year.

Kandasi has worked both in the U.S. and internationally as an international development contractor executing conferences for UN-partner organizations specializing in international education and global poverty reduction initiatives. While working with Palladium in Washington, D.C. she managed operations and logistics for USAID-funded projects increasing public healthcare access and effectiveness in Afghanistan, Jordan, Tanzania, and Indonesia. Striving for sustainable and innovative solutions for global progress, she is also an avid traveler, reader, and lover of languages.

Kandasi holds a BA in Politics, specializing in International Relations, with a minor in French Language and Culture from Princeton University.
